This is our incredible weather research radar under construction!

Remember we told you about it back in April, when we announced that the successful contractor to supply the radar was Environmental Systems & Services?

They’re an Australian advanced technology company, specialising in solutions in environmental and allied fields such as meteorology.

Here are more photos of the work being undertaken before shipping it to Singapore for installation. In the last one you’ll see Dr Lindsay Pender, from the Future Research Vessel Project Technical Team, who undertook the factory acceptance testing.
